For local businesses — and the reps who sell them

Rail Marketing

Websites, reputation management, local SEO, and referral programs for local business. Mostly we don't sell it — our partners' reps do, at their own price, keeping the spread. We build it and we fulfill it. If you're a business owner, you can also just buy it from us direct.

  • + Partners set the price and keep the margin
  • + Sold in one tap from inside the CRM
  • + Or buy direct — no ISO required

02Mission

Most CRMs were built for accountants. We built ours for closers. The payments industry runs on field reps — walking into restaurants, building trust, closing between the lunch and dinner rush. Every tool they're handed was built for the back office. Rail exists to arm the rep on the street.

03Why offices switch

Reasons to buy
from us.

01

Built by a floor that sells — not a vendor that guesses

Rail runs an active ISO sales team every day. Every feature earned its place in the field. You're buying a tool already proven on a floor exactly like yours.

02

Tailored to your office

Your stages, products, processors, and workflow. With the Tailored plan we configure Rail CRM around how your office actually sells, migrate your data, and brand it as yours.

03

Field-first, not desk-first

Genuinely mobile. A rep logs a merchant, advances a deal, and sets the next follow-up from a parking lot in fifteen seconds.

04

Processor-neutral. Lock-free.

Works no matter who you board with — nothing to switch, no conflict of interest. Month-to-month; we keep your business by being good.

05

A direct line to the builders

No support maze. You talk to the operators building the product — request a feature and watch it ship.

06

A revenue channel, not a cost

Rail Marketplace lets your reps resell Rail Marketing — websites, reputation management, local SEO, and funding referrals — to their merchants, priced by you with the margin kept by your office. The CRM pays for itself.

04Rail CRM · the system

Every deal rides

05Inside Rail CRM

Firepower the back-office
tools don't have.

Power Dialer

A focused one-at-a-time dialer with daily call goals, inline scripts, and a clean session summary. Reps stay in motion and tear through call lists without losing their place.

Who's In Right Now

Predicts which owners are on-site this moment from their schedule patterns, so reps call when the decision-maker is actually there.

AI Lead Briefs

Instant AI summaries of every lead plus AI-built call lists — reps always know who to call next and what to say.

Smart Lead Scoring

A transparent, manager-tunable priority score ranks every lead so the hottest opportunities rise to the top.

Renewal & Contract Radar

Tracks competitors' POS contract end dates and surfaces the 90-day switch window — displacement on autopilot.

POS Battlecards

Auto-matched to the merchant's current POS — Toast, Square, Clover, SpotOn, Aloha — every objection answered on the call.

Appointments & Follow-ups

A full appointment lifecycle with confirmations and reminders so nothing booked ever slips.

Deal & Install Tracking

From signature to install — equipment, surveys, crew, contract term, and open issues in one place.

Owner & Group Intel

See every location an owner controls. Win one and the rest of the chain auto-prioritizes.

Team Analytics

Call volume, funnel, and outcomes by rep and team — owners see the floor, reps see their own numbers.

Daily Goals & Accountability

Clear daily call and visit targets, plus team activity visibility for managers — the floor stays consistent without anyone nagging.

Instant Lead Capture

Inbound leads land via webhook with duplicate detection and routing — to the right rep in seconds.

Sold by your reps.
Built by us.

Every merchant your team signs needs a website that works, reviews that don't sink them, and a way to be found locally. Almost none of them have it. Rail builds all of it — and hands your reps the price sheet.

Websites

A fast, mobile, actually-modern site for a restaurant, shop, or service business — built, hosted, and maintained. No template graveyard, no $8k agency quote.

Reputation Management

Review generation and monitoring across Google and the platforms that matter. More reviews, faster responses, a rating that stops costing them walk-ins.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, local listings, and the on-page work that gets a business into the map pack for what people near them actually search.

Referral Programs

Funding, insurance, and payroll referrals — extra value for the merchant, another revenue line for the office that introduced them.

Channel 01 — Partners

Resell it under your own price

This is how most of it sells. Your reps already have the merchant's trust — Rail Marketplace puts the whole catalog inside the CRM so they can mark a sale in one tap, on the same visit they close processing. You set what the merchant pays, you keep the spread, and Rail does the building.

How the partner channel works →

Channel 02 — Direct

Or just hire us

You don't need to be an ISO to work with Rail. If you run a local business and want the website, the reviews, and the local search handled by people who spend every day inside restaurants and shops, you can buy it from us straight.

09FAQ

Common
questions.

What is Rail?+

A growth company for local business, with two arms. Rail CRM is a mobile, field-first CRM for ISO offices and POS sales teams — power dialer, AI lead briefs, contract-renewal radar, lead scoring. Rail Marketing builds the websites, reputation management, and local SEO those offices resell to the merchants they sign.

Wasn't this called RailCRM?+

Yes — same company, same team, same product. We dropped the "CRM" because the CRM is only half of what we do now: we also build and fulfill the marketing our partners sell to their merchants. The CRM is still here and it's still called Rail CRM.

How is it different from IRIS, ISOhub, or Pulse?+

Those are built for the back office (residuals, boarding, portfolio reporting). Rail CRM is built for the rep closing in the field — mobile, fast, and priced transparently. Many offices run Rail for sales alongside a back-office tool. See our comparison.

Do I have to switch processors?+

No. Rail is processor-neutral and sits on top of how you already sell.

Can I buy the marketing without the CRM?+

Yes. If you run a local business, you can hire Rail directly for a website, reputation management, or local SEO — no CRM and no ISO involved. See Rail Marketing →

How fast can we get started?+

Days, not weeks. We help import your leads and onboard your team — no 30-day implementation, and there's a 14-day free trial.

What does it cost?+

$100 (Solo), $150 (Launch), $200 (Orbit) per user/month, plus a custom Tailored plan. Annual is two months free; no annual lock. See pricing →
