About

Built by a floor that sells, not a vendor that guesses

RailCRM didn't start as a software company. It started as a POS sales team in DFW / North Texas selling payment processing to restaurants — and getting fed up with the tools.

The enterprise platforms cost a fortune, locked us into annual contracts, and were built for the back office, not for the rep walking into a kitchen between the lunch and dinner rush. The cheap option was spreadsheets and group texts, which don't understand merchants, deals, or follow-ups. Good deals died in the gap.

So we built our own. A CRM for the way payments reps actually work: capture a lead from your phone in seconds, get pointed at the owner who's on-site right now, never drop a follow-up, and turn the dialer into something reps want to use. It ran our floor every day before it was ever a product.

Enough other offices saw it and asked to use it that we decided to open it up. That's RailCRM. Every feature earned its place by surviving real use on a real floor — which is exactly why it doesn't feel like a generic CRM with a payments skin.

What we believe

Our goal is simple: be the tool every payments sales floor opens first thing in the morning and last thing before they leave.
