Your happy customers just need to be asked
Unhappy customers leave reviews on their own. Happy ones mostly don't, unless somebody asks. We make the asking automatic, so your rating reflects the people who actually love the place.
Why it matters
When someone nearby compares two places on Google, the rating and the number of recent reviews do most of the deciding. A place with a few old reviews loses to one with plenty of new ones, even if its food is better.
How we do it
After a visit, customers get a simple request to leave a review, by text or a QR code on the receipt or table. No awkward asks from your staff. We watch for new reviews and flag the bad ones the day they land, so you can answer while it still matters.
Done the honest way
Everyone gets asked, not just the people we think will be nice. We never buy reviews or write fake ones. It breaks Google's rules, and it isn't who we are.

About reviews
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks their rules, like spam or a review for the wrong business. We'll flag those for removal. For honest bad reviews, a good reply does more than you'd think.
Will my customers find the texts annoying?
It's one short message after a visit, not a stream. People who opt out stay opted out.
How fast will my rating change?
It depends on how many customers you see. Busier places see new reviews within days. We'll be honest about what to expect for yours.
Where do your reviews stand?
The free checkup looks at your rating, how recent your reviews are, and how you compare to the places down the street.
