The math

Why it pays for itself

Merchant portfolios bleed roughly 1–1.5% every month to attrition. A 100-merchant book with no new sales falls to about 82 accounts within a year. Standing still isn't an option — rep activity is survival, not a luxury.

Competing on price alone has run its course; the account just leaves for the next cheaper agent. The offices that win compete on activity, timing, and service — which is exactly what RailCRM is built to drive.

One extra merchant

A single residual-paying merchant is worth far more per month than a RailCRM seat. If the dialer and renewal radar help each rep close one more merchant a month, the seat pays for itself many times over — every month after that.

Industry attrition figures via CCSalesPro and Unison Payment Solutions; per-merchant residual value varies by portfolio.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is there a contract?

No. RailCRM is month-to-month. Annual billing is optional and gives you two months free.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, no credit card. Import your leads, run your floor, and keep everything if you continue.

What counts as a "user"?

Any rep or manager with a login. Volume pricing is available for offices with 10+ seats.

Do you do residuals like IRIS or ISOhub?

Not yet — RailCRM is a field-sales CRM focused on helping reps close more merchants. Residual/commission tracking is on the roadmap; today many offices run RailCRM for sales alongside their back-office tool.

Can you tailor it to our office?

Yes — the Tailored plan configures stages, products, integrations, and a branded instance around how your office actually sells, with white-glove migration.
